Shipping & Refund Policy

At Winthrox Health Care, we value your trust and satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a flexible return and refund policy.

Product Returns

You may return any product within 10 days of purchase, provided the packaging has not been opened.
If you have opened the packaging and are not satisfied with the product, please contact our Customer Care Team at +92-21-36410332 for assistance and return guidance.
You can choose from the following return options:

Option 1: Direct Return

You may return your product(s) directly to our office at: Plot No K-219-A, SITE, Super Highway Phase II, Karachi, Pakistan, with intimation to the email address, info@winthroxhealthcare.com
Once we receive your returned items, your refund will be issued to your Bank Account, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash account.

Option 2: Courier Pickup

Alternatively, our partner courier service can collect the product(s) from your delivery address.
Once received and verified by Winthrox Health Care, we will refund your amount after deducting Rs. 250 as return shipping charges.
The remaining balance will be transferred to your Bank Account, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash account.

If you believe your product has been tampered with or damaged, please retain the original packaging and product and contact us immediately for return instructions.

Shipping Charges & Delivery Time

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders above Rs. 850.
Orders are typically delivered within 03–05 working days across Pakistan.

Returns for Purchases from Other Stores

If you purchased Winthrox Health Care products from another website, please follow that platform’s return and refund policy.
For purchases made through our authorized retail partners, please return the product directly to the respective store in accordance with their policy.
